According to your needs, I propose three kinds of body and mind disciplines: sophrology, shiatsu and relaxing massage.  Each of these disciplines leads to a deep relaxing state and contributes to restore or maintain a harmony between body and mind. 

I speak four languages fluently and can guide you in English, French, Dutch or German.

Sorry, I currently practice sophorlogy in French and Dutch (not in English at the moment).
