Shiatsu is a Japanese technique which could be literally translated by “finger pressure”.

Stretching and pressure is applied with fingers, hands or elbow on spots (tsubo) located on the meridians. According to the oriental philosophy and traditional eastern medicine, the Energy (Qi- Ki or Chi) flows through these meridians and contributes to maintain harmony between body and mind.

The aim of shiatsu is to allow the flow of Energy through your body.

Shiatsu helps you:

  • To release stress tensions

  • To contribute to a deep relaxation

  • To increase the Energy level

  • To release back pain or tensions

  • To contribute to body & mind harmony



During the session you lie down or sit on a meditation bench and wear comfortable clothes (large and cotton preferably)

The session lasts 1 hour.
